Gedania Riverside Living — a future apartment on the Motława
Gedania Riverside Living is a multi-stage development by BPI Real Estate Poland and SPEEDWELL on Wiesława Street in Gdańsk, in the Sienna Grobla area. The project is being built on the Motława, in the vicinity of the city's historic buildings. Sales of the first phase began in 2026.
This profile is for people planning future rentals, not an offer of ready accommodation. Photographs on this page depict the Motława and the surrounding area, not visualizations or completed Gedania buildings. They also do not indicate the view from your future apartment.
We don't start from scratch — we operate in the neighboring Nadmotławie
GrandRent manages apartments in the neighboring Nadmotławie development. This is experience in this part of Gdańsk that you can use when planning the future rental of your unit in Gedania. Let's talk before handover: about functional furnishings, preparing the offer, and organizing later management.
In Nadmotławie we show actual units from our offering. Gedania is a separate project under development — we do not claim current management of apartments in that development nor partnership with its developers.
Before purchase: the unit, costs and usage plan
Gedania includes residential and tourist-investment units. Before purchase, check the designated use of the specific property, the documents, and the terms of use. The name 'apartment' alone does not determine permitted rental types.
A discussion about the unit's potential should consider the layout, floor, equipment, finishing and ongoing operating costs. Forecasts are not guarantees: future results also depend on market conditions, unit availability and expenses. We agree on a detailed analysis and the scope of advisory services individually.

Plan rental furnishings before handover
Future rental should be considered already at the apartment plan stage: check sleeping areas, storage, ease of movement and access to equipment. A pull-out sofa makes sense where it does not compromise the overall comfort of the space. Furniture durability and ease of cleaning are as important as appearance.
We can assist with design and layout, material selection, and overseeing finishing works in cooperation with a team. Scope and budget are agreed before work begins. Our completed projects at DOKI Living and Aura 40 are examples of experience in other developments, not Gedania projects.
Preparing for rental — from furnishings to the first stay
We set the start date after handover confirmation and the unit's readiness. Initially we need functioning equipment, photos, an accurate description, and guest instructions. Developer-announced amenities are not treated as already available; their scope and rules must be confirmed for the given stage.
Within the agreed scope, GrandRent handles marketing and pricing, guest communication, cleaning coordination, and ongoing technical maintenance. The owner is assigned a manager, has online access to the booking and pricing calendar, and receives a monthly statement. Payout for the previous month is made by the 10th day of the following month.
Commission, additional costs and liabilities are agreed before cooperation. The first discussion about future rental management is free; project work, finishing and detailed advisory services have a separately agreed scope and pricing.
