01First we sort out the obligations
For the meeting it is worth preparing the current agreement, information about the notice period, confirmed reservations and arrangements concerning the owner's stays. We check which stays fall before and after the planned takeover date, what settlements remain to be closed and who is responsible for contacting guests. We do not assume that the existing agreement can be terminated immediately — its terms and prior reservations require separate confirmation.
02Handover of the property and access
We determine the date and method of handing over keys, codes, access data, instructions for the property and information about the inventory. We also verify the condition of the apartment, scheduled cleanings, servicing and reported defects, so as not to mix responsibilities from two service periods. The scope of any preparations, repairs and additional expenses is discussed individually and recorded in the agreements.
03Reservations, calendar and continuity of service
After collecting the data we determine which dates will move to continued service and how to transfer the information needed to fulfill them. GrandRent can prepare the offer, prices, availability and handling of stays within the agreed scope; we do not promise that every sales channel or every account will be transferred automatically. The owner receives a designated manager and online access to the reservations and pricing calendar, in accordance with the terms of cooperation.
04New agreement and a clear next step
After analyzing the property and documents, we present the scope of service, costs and settlement method before signing the agreement. Cooperation with GrandRent is concluded for an indefinite period; the one-month notice period takes effect at the end of the calendar month, and the agreement does not provide for contractual penalties or a termination fee — settlements of outstanding amounts remain. Reservations accepted by GrandRent are also fulfilled when they fall after the notice period, so it is worth agreeing the end plan before the start.
