Scope and next steps
We start with the property and your expectations. We compare options for tourist rentals, business rentals, longer stays and long-term rental without promising a specific rent or a universal solution for every property.
Location and the apartment's standard, its availability, preparation costs and the length of time the owner wants to entrust it matter. We discuss these issues before choosing a model. Long-term rental may suit one property but not another — the name of the service alone does not determine profitability.
Longstay accommodation is a longer guest stay, for example several weeks or months, depending on needs and property availability. We consider long-term rental as a separate cooperation model with the owner. We do not automatically transfer the booking, billing and service methods used for short stays to long-term rental.
First we determine the owner's expectations and whether this rental model fits the property. We confirm any scope of service, division of responsibilities, costs and accounting methods individually before starting cooperation. We do not promise a guaranteed rent in advance or an identical package for every owner.

Worth clarifying
We do not assume that in advance. We discuss the character of the property, its availability and the owner's goals, and then compare possible models. The decision is yours; we do not guarantee a specific rental outcome.
