01Unit standard and readiness to start
At the start we discuss furnishings, preparation for cleaning and maintenance, and the handover procedure for the units. We establish necessary protocols, keys and access, as well as conditions for the first stays. The scope of Grand's involvement during the investment preparation stage and related costs are determined individually.
02Sequence for launching, not a single date for the entire development
After learning the number and structure of units we can plan the sequence for preparing and listing individual apartments. For each unit we check readiness, completeness of equipment and materials needed for the offer. Then we arrange photos, descriptions and initial prices and publish selected units on chosen sales channels. The schedule depends on unit readiness and the agreed scope.
03An offer for buyers without taking away their decision
We can jointly agree how to present to future owners the scope of rental management, the contact method and basic rules of cooperation. Grand may later manage a unit only based on separate arrangements with its owner. Material for buyers should clearly separate the option to use the operator from the obligation to entrust the unit to them.
04Daily management after handover of the unit
Within the agreed scope, Grand prepares the offer, runs booking sales, handles reservations and guest contact, organizes cleaning and equipment checks. It receives reports and coordinates repairs according to the rules for cost approval. The owner receives access to the calendar and prices as well as a monthly statement; details of settlements and the operator's remuneration result from the contract.
05Management of the entire building and common areas
This is experience from ongoing management of whole properties, not merely a proposal for the future. For each development we determine which spaces and activities the cooperation covers, who makes decisions, how reports are submitted and on what terms costs are settled. The building model can be combined with rental management, but entrusting selected apartments does not automatically mean the entire property or all private units are covered by the contract.
