01One person handles the apartment's matters
You have a designated contact person for rental matters. They coordinate guest communications, preparing the unit, cleaning, linen changes, inspections and service requests that require further action. This means you don't have to find separate people for bookings, maintenance and accounting.
02You see bookings and rates online
You receive online access to the apartment calendar, bookings and rates. You can check occupied dates and plan your own stays according to the rules agreed in cooperation. Information about the unit is available without having to wait for a separate report every time something changes.
03Repairs and expenses are governed by agreed terms
Grand receives reports from guests, checks the technical condition and arranges repairs within the agreed scope. Before starting cooperation we define authorizations, the method for approving purchases and repairs, and the cost split; we distinguish normal wear and tear from guest-caused damage. We do not incur unapproved additional expenses as part of automatic service.
04You receive a clear monthly statement
You receive an electronic statement of bookings for the previous month, and payment is made no later than the 10th day of the following month. The statement shows the basis for settlement and deductions arising from the agreement — the commission and agreed costs — to distinguish booking turnover from the amount payable to the owner.
