The development on Mostek Street is officially named Murapol Portovo. It comprises investment apartments in the north-eastern part of Gdańsk’s Śródmieście, near the meeting point of the Opływ Motławy and Martwa Wisła. Its buildings, balconies and greenery give a stay a different setting than a property on the busiest tourist promenade.

Within the agreed scope, we handle marketing and price management, guest communication, cleaning coordination and ongoing technical care. Finished apartment or rental-ready fit-out? Start with a plan
Do you already have a finished apartment at Mostek? We will discuss its furnishings, availability and how to start working together. Interior design is not a prerequisite for entrusting us with rental management. For a property that needs preparation, we can separately agree interior design, styling and fit-out coordination with a specialist team.

A dedicated manager, calendar and settlements for the owner
You have a dedicated manager and online access to the booking calendar and prices. You receive a monthly statement, and payment for the previous month is made by the 10th day of the following month. We agree the scope of management, commission, repair rules and additional services before signing the contract.
When comparing operators, check not only the presentation of the listing but also the scope of work and costs. Booking revenue is not the same as the owner’s payout. We do not promise consistent occupancy or guaranteed income — we offer a specific management approach and transparent terms of cooperation.
