DOKI Living: Młode Miasto, Popiełuszki, and apartment rentals

DOKI Living is the residential part of the DOKI development by developer Euro Styl, on Popiełuszki Street in Gdańsk. The post-shipyard character of Młode Miasto, the proximity of the European Solidarity Centre, and Montownia with its food hall provide a recognizable context for an apartment offer.

For the owner, however, something more than the address matters. A guest chooses a specific unit: its layout, furnishings, photos, price, and terms of stay. At GrandRent we translate the apartment's features into a clear listing and organize its subsequent management.

There are already occupied apartments in DOKI, and the development is progressing in stages. Therefore we set the cooperation plan for your unit and its handover date — whether you are currently renting it or preparing it for launch.

Finishing an apartment in DOKI for rental

It's worth discussing the rental before you order furniture and approve installations. That way you can still adjust sleeping places, storage, lighting, and the kitchen layout without reworking a finished interior. The result should be attractive in photos, but also comfortable and durable under frequent use.

From experience we know how much the quality of the sofa and chairs, a comfortable bed, easy-to-maintain surfaces, and doors that don't interfere with each other can change things. More decorations don't always mean a better apartment. We start from function, and build the character of the interior around it.

We can help with design and styling, selecting materials, and overseeing the finishing in cooperation with a team. We agree on the scope and budget before starting work. If you have your own designer or contractor, we can discuss the furnishings and preparing the unit for later rental management.

Not just a statement: our interior execution in DOKI Living

At DOKI Living we took one apartment from developer condition to turnkey delivery: design and layout, material selection and finishing with a team. We show this particular project in the Realizations tab.

This is a good starting point for a conversation about your apartment, not a ready-made template to copy. Different floor area, budget and way of use require different decisions. A new owner can order interior preparation and rental management, or choose the scope they need.

Short-term rental management in DOKI

GrandRent and Grand Apartments have been providing rental management in the Tricity since 2012. Cooperation does not end with publishing photos. We combine apartment marketing and price management with guest contact, cleaning organization and ongoing care of the property within the agreed scope.

Before the start we organize information about the apartment: actual sleeping places, equipment, check-in instructions and any parking space. Descriptions and photographs should show what the guest will actually find. We describe building amenities according to the rules of use in the given part of the development.

The nightly rate is not the only criterion. We also discuss apartment availability, owner stays and service costs. We do not promise constant occupancy or guaranteed income — we plan actions for a specific apartment and current market conditions.

Property manager and transparent settlements

Entrusting rental management should not mean losing knowledge about your own apartment. The owner has a manager, online access to the booking and pricing calendar, and a monthly statement. Payment for the previous month is made by the 10th day of the following month.

Before cooperation we agree the commission, scope of services, costs of additional services and the procedure for repairs. Compare not only the commission percentage, but also which tasks are included and which expenses remain your responsibility. Revenue from bookings is not the same as the amount paid to the owner.

Do you already have an operator in DOKI? Compare the cooperation model

A finished apartment can also be taken into our management. We start with what you want to change: communication, organization of work at the property, presentation of the offer or clarity of settlements. We can look at current photos and fittings instead of proposing a renovation from the outset.

We plan a change of operator taking into account the existing contract, notice period, previously accepted bookings, settlements and rights to photos and accounts. We agree on the handover of keys and the start date of service. We do not promise to transfer others' reviews or bookings without the appropriate permissions.

Tell us what stage your apartment is at and what you expect from the operator. The first conversation about entrusting the apartment to rental management is free. Further scope and terms will be presented individually.
