Why talk to GrandRent

Not just a finished interior.
A plan for its ongoing operation.

  • We know Brabank from day-to-day operations

We already manage apartments here. We discuss your apartment from the operator’s perspective, not just from photos of the development.

  • We think about the rental before finishing

We combine design, material selection, and organization of the fit-out with the requirements of future stays, cleaning, and operation.

  • You stay up to date

You have a dedicated manager, online access to the booking calendar and rates, and a monthly summary. You know the agreed costs and the method of settlement.

01

Brabank — a location where we already operate

Brabank is an Invest Komfort development in Gdańsk, in the area of Stara Stocznia street, on the Motława and adjacent to the Museum of the Second World War. The waterfront, the historic city center, and contemporary architecture define the character of this place. For an owner, this is a starting point for preparing an offer — but equally important are the functionality of the interior and the management of each stay.

GrandRent already manages rentals of apartments in Brabank. We present interiors of units from our offer and invite additional owners: both those taking possession of a new apartment and those looking for an operator for a finished flat. We combine experience in this development with work on the Tricity market since 2012.

New phase at Brabank: plan the rental before completion

If you are preparing to take possession of a unit in the next phase, it's a good time to discuss its future use. A design intended for occasional personal stays and a design for regular rental may require different decisions. It's worth determining these before you order built-ins, a sofa, beds, or flooring.

In rental management practice we see how seemingly small choices matter: a comfortable sofa bed, bed width matched to the bedroom, doors that open freely, space for luggage, and furniture durability. Well-chosen sleeping places must go hand in hand with comfort — it's not about fitting as many people as possible.

We help prioritize before spending the budget. We discuss layout, equipment, ease of cleaning, and materials resistant to everyday wear. This is a way to reduce the risk of later corrections and prepare a coherent plan for the apartment.

Finishing an apartment for rental in Brabank

We can combine interior design and styling with material selection and overseeing finishes in cooperation with a contractor team. From concept to preparing the apartment for rent, we work according to an agreed scope, budget, and sequence of actions. The owner does not need to find a separate solution for each stage.

Our approach combines aesthetics with operator practice. The interior should look good in photos, but also be comfortable during a stay and possible to prepare efficiently for subsequent guests. That's why we pay attention to the quality of sofas and chairs, protection of elements against moisture, floor durability, and a reasonable number of decorations.

Do you already have a designer or your own team? We can start with a consultation on furnishings and a rental launch plan. If the unit is ready, we do not assume a renovation: we discuss its condition and any needs. Design, finishing, outfitting, and rental management have separately agreed terms and costs.

Managing rentals in Brabank after the work is completed

A finished interior still needs a market entry plan. We agree on preparing the apartment presentation, photos and a description of the actual equipment, work with sales channels, as well as calendar and pricing. The start date for accepting guests depends on the actual readiness of the unit, not merely the renovation completion date.

In daily operations we combine guest contact, stay organization, cleaning, technical maintenance, and accounting. For you this means the possibility to entrust agreed tasks to a single team instead of coordinating each stay yourself.

When preparing an offer, we check the rules applicable to the specific part of the development: building access, use of common areas, and information needed by guests. A reliable description of the unit and clear instructions are as important as attractive photography.

Dedicated manager, online access, and clear accounting

Cooperation does not end with handing over the keys. At GrandRent, the owner has a dedicated manager, online access to the reservation and pricing calendar, and a monthly statement. Payment for the previous month is made by the 10th day of the following month. You can monitor the unit's management and talk with the team about matters concerning your apartment.

We agree on commission, cleaning, additional services, and expense approval rules for each assignment. We discuss what the service includes and how accounting is handled. Reservation turnover is not the same as the owner's payout amount — evaluate the offer together with costs and the scope of responsibility.

Renting is an activity dependent on the specific unit, prices, costs, and the market situation. We do not replace analysis with a promise of a fixed result. We show the way we work and the conditions on the basis of which you can make an informed decision.

Do you already have an apartment for rent? Discuss switching operators

You don't have to wait for the new phase of the development to start cooperation. If your apartment in Brabank is already operating, we can discuss the current condition of the unit, expectations regarding service, and GrandRent's terms. The initial conversation does not require termination of the existing contract.

Before handover we check the existing contract, previously accepted reservations, settlements, keys, and equipment documentation. Access rights and materials are transferred within the scope of the owner's authorizations and platform rules. We establish a transition plan without overlapping calendars; transfer of reviews is not automatic.

Owners' questions

New unit in Brabank?
Let's start with a conversation.

Does GrandRent already manage apartments in Brabank?

Yes. We already manage apartments in this development, and the shown interiors come from units in our offer. We invite owners of other apartments to talk about preparing and managing the rental.

When should you get in touch before finishing a new apartment?

Preferably before approving the design and ordering the furnishings. That way you can jointly consider the layout, sleeping places, materials and the plan for launching the rental. You can also get in touch during the works or with a finished unit.

Can you combine turnkey finishing with rental management?

Yes, we can agree on the design, selection of materials and carry out the finishing in cooperation with a team, and then manage the rental. We set the scope, budget and terms of individual services before starting work.

Can I use my own designer or team?

Yes. You don't have to entrust all stages to us. We can discuss the furnishings and preparation for the rental or start by managing a finished apartment.

How does contact and settlement with the owner work?

You have a manager, online access to the calendar and rates, and a monthly statement. Payment for the previous month is made by the 10th day of the following month. Commission and additional costs are determined individually.
