Stoczniova on ul. Twarda — location and rental plan
Murapol Stoczniova is being built on ul. Twarda in Gdańsk, in the post-shipyard area described in the developer’s materials as Młode Miasto. The project includes investment apartments. This page shows actual construction photographs, not renderings of a completed building.
For a buyer, the particular apartment matters: its intended use, layout, light, outdoor space and the rules for using the property. Before choosing a rental model, it is worth reviewing the apartment documentation and taking into account your own stays, costs and intended use. Not every apartment needs the same furnishings or rental offering.
Buying an apartment? Make a plan before key handover
With a development under construction, you can prepare decisions that later affect the time needed to launch the rental. Start with the apartment floor plan and handover standard. Set the fit-out budget, scope of furnishings, and a contingency for purchases and work not included in the contractor’s basic offer.
With GrandRent, you can discuss the sequence of steps: interior plan, agreeing the work, furnishings, photography, guest information and the start of management after the completed apartment is made available. We align timings with the actual handover and preparation of the apartment, not an assumed date inferred from a construction photograph.
If you are still comparing apartments, we can separately agree investment advisory: an assessment of the layout, preparation costs and rental assumptions. We agree the scope and fee before starting such an analysis.
Rental-ready fit-out that works beyond the first season
Preparing an apartment for rental is more than choosing colours. Comfortable sleeping arrangements, durable furniture, unrestricted door opening, space for luggage and surfaces that are easy to clean all matter. We match guest capacity to the layout and comfort rather than increasing it at the expense of functionality.
A well-considered apartment can stand out through a coherent interior and clear presentation. Less visible details matter too: flooring resistance to use, protection of elements exposed to moisture and the possibility to replenish furnishings without replacing the whole arrangement.
You can separately entrust us with design, styling and fit-out coordination in cooperation with a contractor. Our projects at DOKI Living and Aura 40 show real turnkey interiors. A finished apartment can also be entrusted to our management — commissioning a design is not a condition of cooperation.
We manage apartments in Portovo — see how we work
GrandRent already manages apartments in another project by this developer: Murapol Portovo on ul. Mostek in Gdańsk. This is practical experience in contact with owners, stay coordination and care of furnishings. On the separate Mostek page, you can see actual apartments from our portfolio.
GrandRent and Grand Apartments have handled rentals in the Tricity since 2012. We combine listing preparation with work that continues after a booking: communication, cleaning coordination and ongoing technical care. For Stoczniova, we offer a plan for future cooperation once the apartment has been prepared for use.
Rental management in Stoczniova — what can you entrust to us?
Within the agreed scope, we handle the apartment presentation, marketing and price management, guest contact, cleaning coordination and ongoing technical care. Before launch, we organise information about entry, furnishings and availability. Photos of the finished interior are taken when they show the actual stay offering.
The owner has a designated manager and online access to the booking calendar and pricing. They receive a monthly statement, and payment for the previous month is made by the 10th day of the following month. We agree the commission, repair rules and additional services before signing the contract.
When planning revenue, keep purchase and fit-out costs separate from the costs of later management. Booking turnover is not the amount paid to the owner. Rental results also depend on the apartment, availability and market conditions — we do not promise consistent occupancy or guaranteed income.
A coherent path for a buyer — from plan to management
Purchase, fit-out and rental do not have to be three disconnected decisions. An early conversation with an operator helps the buyer determine what furnishings to prepare and how to organise later use of the property. Such a plan is also useful for a person who lives outside the Tricity and does not want to manage daily operations locally.
Our cooperation with developers is based on clearly agreed client support before and after apartment handover. Our experience managing apartments and delivering interiors allows us to present a concrete path rather than only a general declaration. We define the scope and responsibilities individually.
