Eterna Dekpol — an apartment on Stępkarska Street with a plan for the future
Eterna is a Dekpol Deweloper development on Stępkarska Street in Młode Miasto, part of Gdańsk’s city centre. The Motława, riverside promenades and former shipyard areas are nearby; the historic centre and the city’s meeting places help shape the character of this neighbourhood.
For anyone buying an apartment to let, more than the address matters. The layout, comfortable sleeping arrangements, space for luggage and the way the apartment will be used between stays all count. A home for a couple calls for different preparation than one for a family, or an apartment combining rental use with your own visits.
Eterna is under construction. This is the right time to consider these decisions calmly, before the fit-out narrows the available options. The photograph shows the actual construction site, not a completed building or an apartment available to rent.
Chlebova, Brabank and DOKI — our established local base
At Chlebova, Brabank and DOKI, we already manage many apartments. We arrange guest communication, access handovers, cleaning between stays and ongoing property care within the agreed scope. It is day-to-day work in this part of Gdańsk that you can take into account when choosing an operator for a future apartment at Eterna.
GrandRent and Grand Apartments have operated in the Tricity since 2012. We know a well-presented listing needs equally well-prepared service: clear information for guests, smooth organisation of each stay and a team an owner can turn to with a specific matter.
On the Brabank and DOKI pages, we show real apartments in our care. They are examples of GrandRent’s local experience. Your Eterna apartment will have its own plan, reflecting its standard, how you use it and what you expect.

Fitting out an Eterna apartment for rental: think beyond the photographs
The best time to speak to an operator is before you approve the furnishings. We will review whether the planned beds, sofa and table suit the actual layout. We will consider lighting, curtains, space for guests’ belongings and kitchen usability. The number of sleeping places should reflect comfort, not the maximum amount of furniture that fits on the floor plan.
In a regularly rented apartment, surfaces are frequently cleaned and furniture sees intensive use. Durability, ease of care and reparability matter as much as appearance. Thoughtful material choices can reduce later corrections, while a locked space for private belongings makes it easier to combine rentals with your own stays.
If you need interior support, we can discuss the design, material selection and how the fit-out will be organised with the contractor. Our DOKI Living project shows one apartment taken from developer shell to a turnkey finish. The scope, budget and schedule for Eterna will be agreed separately.

Rental management at Eterna — from preparing the listing to caring for guests
Once the apartment has been handed over and prepared, we will organise its furnishings, take real interior photographs and write the listing description. We will tailor the rental plan to the property’s intended use, the rules that apply and your needs. We do not assume every apartment should be rented in the same way.
Młode Miasto brings together a riverside setting, urban culture and shipyard history. Those qualities can inform how an apartment is presented, but the description must also reflect the apartment itself. We will mention a view, balcony, parking space or access to amenities only where they are genuinely available to guests.
We will combine work on the listing and pricing with availability-calendar management, reservation handling, guest communications and cleaning arrangements. Technical care and any additional tasks will be defined before we work together. The start of stays depends on the apartment being ready and on the formalities, not solely on construction progress.
Your plan. Our structured daily management.
Owners have a dedicated manager, online access to the reservation calendar and prices, and monthly statements. Payout for the previous month is made by the 10th of the following month. Commission, repair costs and additional services are agreed individually.
Before handover, we will discuss responsibilities and your own stays. You do not need to manage every guest conversation or arrange the apartment between reservations yourself, while retaining visibility into the rental and the settlements.
When comparing operators, it is worth asking about more than projected turnover. The actual scope of work, how furnishings are cared for and the costs borne by the owner all matter. Our experience in neighbouring developments lets us discuss these matters specifically, without promising the same result for every apartment.
Buying an apartment at Eterna? Let’s start with a plan for yours
Tell us which apartment you are buying and how far along your decisions are. We can begin by discussing rental management, the floor plan or the furnishings you have in mind. You do not need a finished design to establish the order of next steps.
An initial conversation about entrusting your apartment to us for rental management is free of charge. Any further design or investment support is priced separately after the scope has been defined. Choose management for a finished apartment alone, or combine it with interior preparation.
Future Eterna owners are welcome to contact GrandRent. Our team already active at Chlebova, Brabank and DOKI can be your local resource — from decisions before handover to the day-to-day care of a finished apartment.
