Museo at Żabi Kruk 14 — Śródmieście from an owner’s perspective
Museo is a GH Development project at Żabi Kruk 14 in Gdańsk. It is being built in Stare Przedmieście, in Śródmieście, next to the National Museum. The context of Główne Miasto, historic buildings and the vicinity of Stara Motława is an important starting point for the future presentation of the apartment.
The developer presents Museo as investment apartments. When choosing a unit, check its intended use, documentation, handover standard and building-use rules. Only on that basis do we select a short- or long-term rental model and the owner’s use arrangements.
The page displays a construction-site photo supplied to us. You can start preparing a plan now, but we will match the start of management to the actual handover and readiness of your unit. We do not set a rental launch date based on a photograph.
Buying an apartment at Museo? Link the purchase to a future management plan
Before key handover, you can decide on the layout of the fit-out, the preparation budget and the order of work. Prepare the unit floor plan and handover standard if you already have them. It also matters whether you plan your own stays and how many tasks you want to leave to the operator.
At GrandRent, you can discuss the path from preparing the interior to launching the listing: fit-out, photographs, guest information, access to the apartment and day-to-day care. If you are only comparing units or need an analysis of rental costs and assumptions, we will agree investment advisory as a separate service, with a quote before work begins.
Fit-out for rental — decisions that make day-to-day management easier
A practical apartment needs comfortable sleeping places, luggage storage, durable furniture and surfaces that can be cleaned efficiently. We also check that doors can be opened easily, blackout options and kitchen functionality. We match guest capacity to layout and comfort rather than increasing it at the expense of convenience.
You may entrust us separately with design, furnishing or managing the finishing work in cooperation with a contractor. We agree the scope, budget and additional costs before work begins. Our DOKI Living and Aura 40 projects show real turnkey interiors — they are not photos of Museo.
Ordering a design is not a condition of rental management. If you prepare the apartment yourself, we can also discuss cooperation. Before launch, we will check the readiness of the fit-out, access and information needed to receive guests.
We manage hundreds of apartments in Gdańsk. Learn how we work
Our experience covers hundreds of apartments in Gdańsk, including units in developments such as Deo Plaza, Brabank and DOKI. It is day-to-day work on listings, guest contact, preparing interiors between stays and settlements with owners. For Museo, we propose preparing future management once a completed unit is made available.
GrandRent and Grand Apartments have operated in the Tricity since 2012. In our conversation, we will show you how we combine selling stays with organising cleaning and day-to-day apartment care. We agree the scope of work and responsibility for a specific unit, also when its owner lives outside Gdańsk.

Rental management at Museo — agree the scope before the first booking
Within the agreed scope, we handle the apartment listing, marketing and price management, guest contact, cleaning coordination and day-to-day technical care. A completed listing should show the actual interior, equipment and available amenities of your unit, not just an attractive address.
In our booking-management model, the owner has a dedicated contact person, online access to the calendar and prices, and monthly statements. The payment for the previous month is made by the 10th day of the following month. We agree the commission, own stays, repairs and additional services individually.
The first conversation about entrusting a unit for rental management is free. We will discuss the apartment’s needs and how to work together, without promises of stable occupancy or guaranteed income. Booking revenue is not the amount paid out to the owner — costs and the unit’s availability also matter.

GH Development and Museo — a proposal to work with GrandRent
We invite GH Development to discuss support for buyers of apartments at Museo. We can discuss a model for consultations before handover, fit-out preparation and later rental management. A local team working with hundreds of apartments in Gdańsk can give a buyer a specific point of contact when planning how to use a unit.
We propose a clear path: the buyer learns about the options for preparing the apartment, determines the needed scope and receives separate terms for GrandRent services. They retain the choice of operator and contractors. The developer can provide interested parties with information about available management, without promises of rental results and without linking the purchase decision to an obligation to work with us.
This is a proposal for cooperation, not information about a concluded agreement with GH Development. We discuss owner support and any scope of management for the building and common areas separately, with responsibilities and costs clearly defined. We will be pleased to present our experience and agree together on a model suitable for Museo.
