Zajezdnia Motława — new homes in Dolne Miasto
Zajezdnia Motława is a Euro Styl development on Kurza Street in Dolne Miasto, Gdańsk. Its setting includes the district’s historic buildings, the Wilk and Wyskok bastions, and the areas along the Opływ Motławy. It offers a different perspective on the city centre than Długi Targ itself, with access to urban attractions and places to walk.
The project provides for new buildings and the restoration of the former tram depot hall. The square by the hall is intended to refer to the site’s history. These are elements of the planned development; we will describe a specific apartment according to what is available when its rental is launched.
When buying a unit, consider more than the development’s address. The layout, window position, building access and actual furnishings affect how a guest or tenant will use it. Neighbouring Esencja and Jaskółcza have distinct profiles; proximity does not mean identical standards or rules of use.
Buying now? Plan your rental before key collection
Before ordering furniture, let us establish how you intend to use the apartment. Are you planning personal stays, short-term rental or considering a longer tenancy? Choosing the model requires checking the unit purpose, documentation and building rules. We do not assume every unit can be used in the same way.
The floor plan and specification help distinguish what is included in the purchase from what needs additional furnishing. We can discuss sleeping arrangements, the kitchen, luggage storage, clear circulation and solutions that make cleaning easier. It is also wise to consider internet, access to the unit and how information will be provided to arriving guests in advance.
The first conversation about future rental management is free. If you need a broader review of the purchase, use options and costs, investment advisory has a separate scope and fee agreed in advance. Location alone is not a promise of a particular income or occupancy.
Furnishings that work for everyday rentals
A rental interior should be comfortable to use, not only attractive in a photograph. Check whether the bed and sofa suit the planned number of guests, whether there is room for suitcases and whether people can move freely once an additional bed is unfolded. Lighting, blackout options and a practical kitchen are also part of preparing a stay.
In the budget, allow for the durability of furniture, floors and elements exposed to moisture. Excess decoration or delicate materials may make cleaning harder and need more frequent replacement. We can help you consider these decisions at the preparation stage, when changing a solution does not yet mean altering a finished apartment.
You may choose your own contractors or an individual fit-out offer from the developer. If you need design and fit-out coordination with a contractor, we will agree a separate scope and fee. You do not need to commission a GrandRent design to entrust us with rental management later. A turnkey standard must be checked in the documents for the specific purchase, not inferred from the development name alone.

From keys to first stays — an agreed plan
The supplied images show ongoing construction, building structures and cranes. The date for collecting your unit is set by your agreement with the developer. We can prepare a cooperation plan now, but will align the start of rental with the apartment’s actual readiness, not with the appearance of visualisations.
Before launching the listing, we will agree the furnishings, access arrangements and stay rules. Within the agreed scope, we will prepare real interior photographs and a description of what the guest will receive. We will mention a parking space, air conditioning or a water view only if they apply to your unit and can actually be made available.
The owner should also understand the ongoing costs of use. Operator commission, repairs, additional services and personal stays are discussed individually. Comparing offers makes sense only with a shared understanding of the work scope and expenses; booking revenue is not the owner’s payout.
GrandRent — experience with other apartments in Gdańsk
We manage hundreds of other apartments in Gdańsk, including at Mostek, Scala and Deo Plaza. This means daily work with reservations, changes to stays and property upkeep. We invite buyers at Zajezdnia Motława to use this experience when preparing their own apartment and choosing subsequent management.
Within the agreed scope, we handle listing presentation, marketing and pricing, bookings, guest service, cleaning coordination and ongoing technical care. If you live outside Gdańsk, you do not have to coordinate every change of stay yourself. Before launch, we clearly agree the team’s tasks and the decisions that remain with you.
You have a dedicated manager and online access to the booking calendar and pricing. You receive monthly statements, and payment for the previous month is made by the 10th day of the following month. We agree the terms for your unit so that day-to-day care and settlements are clear before cooperation begins.

Entrust us with renting your unit at Zajezdnia Motława
Tell us whether you are only choosing a unit, have signed a purchase agreement or are planning the furnishings. You do not need to wait for construction to end to discuss future cooperation. A phone call or email is enough to start the conversation; you can provide the floor plan and specification at a later stage.
We will establish what is worth preparing before collection, what information is needed for the listing and how to plan bringing the apartment into management. Interior design, fit-out and day-to-day rental can be separate stages. We will confirm the scope and costs of each service before you decide.
Buying at Zajezdnia Motława with rental in mind? Let us plan local care instead of leaving all arrangements until key collection. GrandRent will be your contact for matters concerning the agreed management of your apartment in Gdańsk.
